Tube-O-Mat feeders come in two different styles a VIP and a Top feeder. Each feeder has a stainless steel trough, large feed hopper,
precise feed adjustment and a feed agitator to prevent bridging. |
The VIP Feeder is specially designed for weaners that need to transition from sow milk to dry feed after weaning. This feeder comes in a single hopper form that has three pan types, or double hopper form that has two pan types. The pans can be designed for specifically weaners, weaners to finish or straight finisher pigs. |
The Tube-O-Mat Top Feeder is designed to accommodate finisher pigs but can also be used for weaner to finish. This feeder can also be found in a single or double hopper form and you have the choice of a normal finisher pan, or switch it out for a weaner to finisher pan in both types. |

Skiolds line of feeders are called the MaxiMat and come in two different styles of feeders. There is the MaxiMat Weaner and Porker. Skiold also has designed the MaxiMat Aqua which assists in constant clean water. Smooth, rounded surfaces provide optimum feed hygiene and adjustment of the feeder suitable for pigs from 7-100 kg. |
The Maxi-Mat Weaner is designed for the production of weaners. This feeder has tapered angles in the hopper to prevent feed cluttering even with moist and fatty feeds. The trough is made of castpolyester concrete and contains a feeding
section as well as a separate water section.
The Maxi-Mat Porker is a feeder made for finisher pigs and designed to use the best principals regarding cleanliness, sturdiness and a high level of hygiene. This feeder has a stainless steel trough with the drinking cups on each side. It will feed up to 50 finisher pigs. |
The Maxi-Mat Aqua makes it possible to have clean clear drinking water. The thick water pipe ensures constant water supply to the drinking trough, and the dripping of the water into the through attracts the weaners to ensure water consumption. The water flow can easily be adjusted using the regulator, and a conventional water tube with a drinking valve is also fitted . This teaches the weaners quickly to use the drinking valve. |

Grand Manufacturing makes a feeder for weaners and finisher pigs. The wet/dry feeders are designed for hogs from 12 to 300 lbs. The stainless steel troughs allows the hogs to move easily from feed to water at the same time without and restrictions or barriers. PVC feed tube with agitation spinner reduces feed dust to help save hours of cleaning time. The finisher and weaner feeders are capable of a single hopper and
double hopper styles. |

KOCA has developed three different styles of feeders for all your pigs needs. The Round feeder, the New feeder and the last is the Optimizer. All the feeders are designed to optimize pig growth and improve feed waste. |
The Round Feeder was re-developed in 2000 to improve feed flow and to make controlling feed amounts more convenient. This feeder is designed for 60 pigs but feedback has shown that using this feeder with even 70-80 pigs, they grow more uniformly and with much less poor growth. The Round feeder comes a nursery and finisher style. The biggest advantage of the round feeder is it can be mounted in the middle of a room to optimize how many pigs can eat from each feeder. |
The Nursery Feeder was designed to suit 6 kg piglets and allow them to take water and feed easily without assistance. There are twenty-five levels to control feed quantity conveniently and precisely to minimize feed waste. With these levels and proper control the pigs dabbling will not cause caking and there will be no waste of feed and water during the summer. The pan on the feeder is constructed of stainless steel and hygienic materials to guarantee longer life. |
The Weaner to Finisher Feeders structure was built for minimal waste of feed, is able to take large quantities of liquefied feed and large amounts in a short time. With the high feed intake there is no impediment in growth of the pigs even when you use cheaper feeds (low protein and low energy), and you will also save on feed costs. In the summer there will be no overflowing by pigs dabbling and no caking, because the water comes up through the tube. This feeder comes in the single hopper style as well as the double and is designed for 6– 125kg pigs. The double feeder is capable of feeding 80 pigs. |
The Finisher Feeder has the same features as the WTF feeder but is designed specifically for 20-125 kg pigs. The structure is built for minimal feed waste and able to take large quantities of liquefied feed. The large amount of feed intake allows for no impediment in the growth of the pigs even when you use the cheaper feed. This feeder also comes in a single hopper style as well as a double hopper style. The double hopper style feeder is capable of feeding 90 pigs. |
The Optimizer Feeder has a different concept of overcoming the limitations of existing feeders. Existing wet-dry feeders have the problem of feed and water waste but with the Optimizer this is nearly eliminated. The way this feeder does this is it allows the pigs to take feed and water in the same area without competition.. The pigs cannot toy with the water as the Aquamaster vacuum valve system keeps the level of the water the same as the pigs drink. The Optimizer is available in a Nursery feeder allowing for forty 6-35kg pigs and a Finisher feeder allowing fifty 25-120kg pigs to eat. |

AP makes everything you need for your Flex Flo Systems, right from the boot and unloader on the bottom of the bin up to the motor and discharge. The flex flow systems come in four different sizes, 2”, 3”, 3.5” and 5”. |
The Flex Flo pipe and elbows can be purchased in PCV for all model sizes and steel for the 3”, 3.5” and 5” systems. The pipe comes in ten foot lengths and the elbows in 45 deg sections. The elbows can also be ordered with a specialty formed thickened inside wall to help with strength and wear resistance. |
Flex Flo Unloaders are designed to bolt to the 16” plastic (30 deg or straight out). Single and twin out unloaders are available for the 2”, 3” and 3.5” and only single outs for the 5”. Each unloader has a slide gate to shut main feed flow from the bin off and an inspection gate on the side for easy access. |
To drive the Flex Flo augers you have two options, a motor with gearbox or a belt drive. The motors come in various hp’s, voltages and phases. |
The Auger itself in the Flex Flo systems is a high tensile steel wire which is flattened prior to hardening. This provides a more consistent, high quality auger. |
Rigid augers range from sizes of 4” up to 12” round. Each auger can be run off of a belt drive or a gear reduction drive. |
The Chain Disk System delivers feed, decreasing particle separation and damage to expensive pelleted feeds. These systems make is easy to supply a large room with the same type of feed to numerous different feeding stations or stalls. |
| The Drive Unit for the Chain Disk System is constructed out of stainless steel, and chain tension is automatically adjusted by a spring loaded drive wheel. |
| The Corners on the Chain Disk System can be constructed of plastic or 304 stainless steel. Inside they have a cast metal wheel that guides the chain freely around each corner. The corners can be installed horizontally or vertically and make a 180 deg turn in 24” space. |
| The Tubes for a Chain Disk System can either be white PVC, steel or clear PVC. The clear tube allows a visual to see feed flow and chain condition, where as the steel adds for a more rigid system. The Chain itself is made of a polypropylene plastic that is injection molded around a heavy duty welded chain. |

Whether you want to feed a pig in a single stall or pen or feed 300 sows in a large room Kwik Attach, Accu, Ultra, Econo drops and Trickle Feed lines will get the job done. |
| Kwik Attach drops are a quick and simple drop that keeps a constant flow of feed coming to the feeder or stall. A shut off on the top can be controlled manually or automatically with an air actuator. These drops fit on Flex Flo line sizes 2”, 3” and 3.5” as well as the chain disc systems. |
| The Accu-Drop is a clear drop feeder designed to fill the highly precise requirements of today’s diverse production systems. This drop is adjustable from 1.5-12 pounds of feed and quickly installs to your feed lines. To empty the feeder you simply lift the ball on the inside either manually or tied in a system of winches with the rest of the feeders in line. |
| The Ultra-Drop is designed to meet the requirements of automated feeding of both lactating and gestating sows. The feeder can be adjusted from 1-8 pounds by the turn of adjustment knob. The semi clear body allows for visual confirmation of the feed level and ball height. This feeder is also emptied by the raising of a ball either manually or in series with a winch or lever. |
| The Econo-Drop feeder provides accurate control of feed delivery to the pigs. A front mounted slide allows precision adjustment with just one hand ranging from 1.5-12 pounds. Semi clear plastic provides a visual aid of feed and ball height. This feeder also has a shut off valve that can be pushed when the feeder is not in use. To empty the feeder simply raise the ball either manually or in series with other drops by a winch or lever. |
| The Trickle Feed system is designed to provide feed to sows in group housing. The low RPM trickle feed auger sits underneath a series of drops and can be adjusted to the consumption rate of the slowest sows eliminating aggressive behavior. |
