The cold press technology does not use chemicals or ultra high temperatures to expel the oil from the seed. Therefor protein, amino acids, vitamins and other essentials naturally found in the feed stock are available in the oil and meal. This means better feed conversions and less cost to market your livestock.

Nor-Ag Ltd. distributes a cold pressing oil seed press that is intended for a continuous use. The press can be used with canola, flax, sunflower and many other high oil content seeds.  The press is equipped with a 5.5hp motor, gearbox drive and 2 press heads with heat bands for efficient oil extraction.

TM3007 Control

This European Control is easy to use with just a stop/start feature. Adjustable parameters allow for easy setting of pre-heater and temperature monitoring as well as automatic sequencing for running a rotary cleaner and press.

Custom Integrated Control Panel

These integrated control systems are also available to accommodate commercial operations. Controls are infinite linking multiple supply augers, cleaners, two or more presses (any size or configuration) motorized valves, oil level sensors, aeration and meal cooling augers etc. We can fully automate your entire process from pre-heating feed stock to pneumatically conveying end products to multiple locations once the products have been processed.

Settling Tanks

Black or Stainless Steel or Settling Tank

Custom settling tanks for de-gumming oil are also available ranging from 300 litre to 4000 litre capacities. Stainless steel filtering mesh screens are utilized inside these tanks to filter out impurities and lower discharge. Spigots pull oil prevent out of tanks 9” off bottom to prevent settlement issues.
