Processors

Nor-Ag Ltd along with SSI Energy have developed simple to use Bio-Diesel processors. These processors are available in 50, 100, and 250 gal sizes. The complete stainless steel along with pneumatic valves, class 1 division 2 pumps and air diaphragm pump gives this processor everything that is needed to create great bio-diesel. A separate canister for mixing methanol and catalyst with a removable screen basket makes adding chemicals easy as well as safe.

DM-5 Demethylator

The DM-5 is the main component in the methanol recovery stage. The DM-5 does a continuous methanol recovery for the reuse after a bio-diesel reaction. This demethylator uses an automatic continuous in line flash system to recycle the un-used methanol. The DM-5 is capable of recovering the methanol up to 5 gallons per minute.

EV-5 Demethylator

The EV-5 Demethylator is used to help get your bio-diesel to meet ASTM standards. This vessel re-heats your bio-diesel reaction back up to a boiling temperature and vacuums off the remaining unused methanol. An adjustable internal thermostat controls an ABS submersible heater, along with air purged enclosures allows this to be classified as class 1 division 2 product.

PC-5 Centrifuge

The PC-5 is a top of the line bio-diesel centrifuge designed to remove glycerol and solids from your bio-diesel product. This centrifuge is designed to operate at 5gpm and has a automatic cleaning operation with the push of a button.

Control Panel

Nor-Ag Ltd joined up with Traders Tec to create an easy to use simple control panel. These panels can be as simple as having everything on a manual toggle switch up to a fully automatic system. The control panel can also be equipped with a touch screen, which allows you to visually see what valves are working as well as set timers and delays.

Dry Wash Canisters

Nor-Ag Ltd distributes complete stainless steel canisters used specifically for washing your bio-diesel. These canisters are designed to polish and clean your bio-diesel with absolutely no water. Two 150 mesh Stainless Steel Screens filter the bio-diesel as it is pumped through.

Ion Resin Beads

Nor-Ag Ltd uses a product called PD206 to clean and polish the bio-diesel. These resin beads suck out free fatty acids and unwanted moisture from your bio-diesel product. By simply pumping your bio-diesel through this product it attaches itself to the free fatty acids and removes it from your bio-diesel. On average 200-275 gallons of bio-diesel can be washed with 1 pound of PD206.
