Skiold Disc Mill
The Disc Mill was developed to be an all around mill, that focuses on low power consumption, quiet running noise, minimum dust levels and automatic adjustment of the grinding degree. These mills are available in three different sizes, SK2500, SK5000 and a SK10T. The actual grinding of the Disc Mill is done in two steps. First the raw seed distributed out into two inlet rings which coarsely grind the feed. After being passed through these inlet rings it is passed between two discs consisting of a number of segments produced in tungsten carbide. These segments have a total hardness of 1,700 HV, whereas the hardness of a standard hammer mill after hardening is 600 HV.

The Harsh Roller Mills are a classic favorite in the milling industry. Known for their solid steel rolls and high capacity a roller mill can be a great product for your mill.

The Sudenga Mill comes in sizes ranging from 5 to 30 horse powers. This hammer mill is capable of grinding capacities up to 25,000 lbs per hour in dry corn. The hammer mill can be purchased with 4” or 6” inlets, with an optional bolted flange tube mount in the 6” style. The grinding of this mill is done with 15 case hardened hammers or optional hard faced hammers. Eleven different screen sizes are available for this mill.

The Skiold H-1000 is a horizontal mixer unit that is capable of mixing 1000kg batches. The H-1000 is a mixer made with an open double auger and the mixing trough is cylindrical shaped just like the auger. This secures not only a homogeneous mixing, but also an optimum emptying of the mixer. The special construction of the open double auger has the effect that the material furthest out in the mixer is pulled in one direction, whereas the smaller central auger pulls the material in the opposite direction.

Nor-Ag Ltd sells horizontal pre-mixers from Sudenga Industries. These pre-mixers are available in models M500 capable of mixing 500lbs and M750 capable of 750lbs. The ribbon and paddle style agitator provides transverse and circular mixing. The dual ribbons give the end-to-end motion necessary for meal feeds. Urethane wiper blades on the ribbon inside slide along the walls of the mixer eliminating settling and separation.

Nor-Ag Ltd also sells a horizontal mixer from Sudenga Industries that comes in M1000, M2000, M4000 and M6000. These horizontal mixers come standard with dual ribbon and paddle Agitators, with flexible blades to eliminate separation and improve clean out for minimal cross-contamination. The helical gear drive is superior to chain drives in terms of quiet operation and frequency of maintenance. Each model can also be purchased with an optional electric gate discharge.

Nor-Ag sells a micro section from Sudenga Industries. This micro section is capable of holding 48 bins all with 3/4 hp motors. Bin sizes can come in either 2.5 or 6 cubic foot capacities. A center walk way allows easy fill for each
compartment. The weigh hopper uses a high accuracy NTEP approved “S” style load cell and summing junction box.
